Journée douillette Dinkum - Freddy le renard

My three-year-old carries Freddy everywhere now, and honestly, I get it—the little tail-wag detail is what sells it, he actually looks like he’s mid-question about something. It’s soft enough for cuddles but sturdy for all the cushion-flipping investigations he supervises.

Freddy’s got me actually laughing out loud when he dives after a cushion—his curiosity is so infectious it’s turned my whole afternoon around. The “why do socks disappear?” bit is spot-on for anyone with a fox who’s a little too clever for their own good.

Freddy’s tail-wag energy is exactly what my shelf needed — the little detective pose makes me smile every time I glance over. He’s become my go-to answer for the sock mystery, and he’s always back in time for a midday pick-me-up.
